To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@mdrtraders.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
1.3 Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
